Refund request Software charges for AWS Marketplace subscriptions

Hi Team, Good day!

I have chose cisco product in AWS market place. I though it's not payable product hence i selected followed product. 

I have not used even. i need refund for the product. also when selected that product i saw it's under free product. 

1. AWS Account number: 684027439367

2. The billing period(s) for requested refund(s): May 1 - May 31, 2023

3. The name of their product as it appears on your bill:  Cisco Catalyst 8000V Edge Software - PAYG - DNA Advantage (sold by Cisco Systems, Inc.)
