Any Workaround For DNS IP and HTTP IP Mismatch (Cannot Call ISP)?

I have already scoured through previous articles but they either end in calling your ISP support agent or I am simply not able to move to the next course of action. I AM CONNECTED TO A PROXY according to: https://www.lagado.com/tools/proxy-test
My ISP representatives have no idea what DNS is and "declined" to give me further support. I saw the error message upon downloading the OpenDNS Windows Dynamic IP Updater.

I have a Net Link ICT Router, and OpenDNS does say that it is connected at https://welcome.opendns.com/. My main purpose of using OpenDNS is for web content filtration, because kids. Here is the output for commands that were used for troubleshooting in other articles:

nslookup myip.opendns.com
Server:  dns.sse.cisco.com
Address:  208.67.222.222

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    myip.opendns.com
Address:  110.xxx.xxx.xx3

http://myip.dnsomatic.com/
110.***.***.**5

I am connected to proxy as mentioned: 2.0 ***...***.cloudfront.net (not sure if I should redact this, but you can never be too safe). The Lagado tool also says that the proxy server has announced my client IP. I currently want to know if I can do any work around for this as obviously the proxy is causing this issue.

Also a user (309368103) pointed out to an article I cannot access: https://support.opendns.com/entries/63421664

Any help will be appreciated :)

Hello,

Unfortunately if your ISP is running a proxy there is nothing we can do.

You can again contact your ISP and see if there is anyone that will assist you or you may want to look at at a different ISP.
