OpenDNS

I have a problem because I'm in a new job and the people who were there before me linked the public IP address to OpenDNS, but they didn't leave the credentials, and now I can't unlink that public IP address to link it back to my OpenDNS.

Trying to add my network, I deleted the previous one and trying to use my actual IP. But I got this message.What can I do?
