Blocked site no longer appear under 'manage individual domains but still exist

Recently my provider changed my public IP address. Instead of just changing it under setting I created a new managed network.

Since the inactive IP addresa still showed I deleted it and together with it the list of blocked sites disappered.

When trying te ra-add some of the sites I remebered I received a message that the sites were already blocked.

How can I get to show them under my newly created managed network or just flush the list of hidden blocked sites?

If a network shows "inactive", then your IP address is registered with another OpenDNS user's network.  You either obtain another IP addess from your ISP, or you raise a support ticket with OpenDNS to get your IP address released.  You can also attempt an update like:

https://updates.opendns.com/nic/update?hostname=NetworkLabel

What you did, deleting the network and creating a new one, was of no use at all.  You never should do this.

You know now why the domain is still blocked: you're using another OpenDNS user's settings, not yours.
