can't browse router after DD-WRT installation and entering OpenDNS settings

I was able to install DD-WRT firmware successfully and the wireless functions of my network were working just fine. However, after putting the OpenDNS settings in the router, I can no longer even browse to the router's control panel. Any ideas what's going on and what to do about it?

Check that you followed the right instructions: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/OpenDNS

"I can't even browse to the router's control panel."

See http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Web_interface
What exactly happens if you try this?

Thank you, rotblitz.

I know that I followed the right instructions because it was working before I entered the OpenDNS settings.

The result of trying all of the following addresses is "Unable to connect":
192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.0,192.168.2.1, 192.168.11.1, 192.168.10.1, 192.168.30.1

I'm sure the firmware is still on the router. Regardless, is there anything you suggest that I should try all over again?

To find out the right IP address of your router, execute "ipconfig" on a Windows computer. The router's IP address is the default gateway.

If you can't connect using this IP address, then the web interface (the router's webserver) is inoperational.  You may try with rebooting the router.  Or login via the router's command line (with telnet or SSH) to see if you can repair it.
