It is spelled out indirectly: "Umbrella Prosumer provides all the same benefits and threat protection as Umbrella Professional, except for the ability to provision network-wide coverage."
And for Umbrella Professional it says: "leverage up to 60 content filters".
So from these I would think that Prosumer comes with content filtering.

I can see that it does content filltering but it is impossible to see how it works on the individual device level. I was rather hoping to find that out before signing up, paying and downloading.

Are you asking for a tutorial on how the product works and how to use it, or are you asking if Prosumer is capable of blocking categories?
OpenDNS does offer a trial period so that you can work with it before having to pay for it.

I've had my home network on OpenDNS since 2013, it's flawless, as far as I'm concerned, I am just having trouble figuring out how 'Umbrella' is supposed to work for 3G/4G connections.. When I tried to download it, I am prompted for $20.00 upfront. I know $20.00 is not much money, but I just can't form any idea of how it works or if it's what I'm looking for.

Then raise a ticket with OpenDNS or contact OpenDNS Sales to ask your questions and to get official responses.

It's OK - worked it out. When you go to the 'free evaluation' page, a message at the bottom says 'click here for home users'. And that message doesn't appear to lead anywhere except back to the top. But if you actually register as a business and then do the install, the evaluation works.

Here's what happens. You can indeed download an evaluation copy, which I did - works perfectly, just what I wanted. But then having downloaded the eval license, if you click on the 'purchase options', the 'prosumer' license is not listed there - instead I got a quote for US$1,350.00 or thereabouts. So I did as suggested, raised a support ticket asking if there is a way to get from 'eval' to 'prosumer'. The reply was - contact sales!
Awaiting their response.
