Although I see a question mark after a statement, I miss your question or questions.

I can see several possible reasons for not collecting stats:

  • Your DNS queries do not go to OpenDNS, but to somewhere else.
    Check this at http://welcome.opendns.com/
  • Your IP address is not registered at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
  • You send your DNS lookups out over IPv6, so they cannot be associated with your account.
  • You do not have stats and logs enabled at your dashboard settings.
  • You didn't visit your stats for more than two weeks, so it takes at least 24 hours before stats are collected again.

Strange enough, a domain timeg.netgear.com does not exist in DNS.

If it appears that you do not use OpenDNS, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:

nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
