Does all my PCs/devices in the network get filtered when openDNS is used

I am new to OpenDNS and have a question on using it.

I have a home network with several laptops and internet devices such as smartphone, tablets and etc, and they all have a private IP of 192.168.0.*.  Is it correct to think that once I changed the DNS on my router, all my devices in the network will be subjected to the SAME parental control filter that I setup on OpenDNS?  Is there anyway to apply a different set of filter to each devices?

Thanks.

Correct, if you changed the DNS on your router to (208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220) all of the mobile devices connecting through your wifi, will get your filtering policy applied. Per-user web content filtering for the home with OpenDNS is currently only available through the Netgear Live Parental Controls program that comes bundled with new Netgear routers.

"Is there anyway to apply a different set of filter to each devices?"

No, not a different set of filters, but you can exempt certain devices from OpenDNS filtering while configuring another publicly accessible DNS service on them.  Please note that configuring external DNS resolver addresses on end user devices can impact or break local name resolution.
