Domains stop showing/logging in stats after purging dns data from settings

Hello,

I purged dns data from the settings menu and from that time i stopped receiving domains in the stat-domains report. I only receive changes in total request every hour.

Is there anything wrong?

Initially it can take 24 hours, further on it takes 1-3 hours for the stats to appear.  Stats are not real-time.

I suppose you are right  but I started receiving domains after an hour or two right after I registered an opendns account and linked a network to it. But anyway I hope you are right and I will start receiving domains list as soon as it takes.

Requests are updating every hour but domains not :(

It is not a good idea to purge stats.  This is a scheduled job and will run at any time later, when you at least may expect it.  This is known to initially cause confusion with the stats and has been reported before.

This purge stats function is merely thought as a privacy mechanism in case you ever want to stop collecting stats and want the past ones purged too.

Now only one thing helps: patience!

I am a newbie in opendds community and I didnt know about that strange issue of the purging request. From now on I will never do it again. I shall wait.
