Error configuring Sites and Active Directory

I open an elevated command prompt in Windows Server 2008 R2 that is a Primary Domain Controller.  I run cscript opendns.wsf and receive the following error:

 

OpenDNS-WindowsConfigurationScript-20161118.wsf(1100, 6) Microsoft VBScript runtime error: Invalid procedure call or argument

 

Please Advise
