After setting up Open dns content filtering, I am getting this error message on Google docs:
"You no longer have permission to access this document, so your changes can't be saved. If you believe this is an error, contact the document owner. If your access is restored, you will be able to continue working."
It's not blocking google docs, it's just not letting me access the pages. I can access gmail, but not Docs.
I'm using an ASUS Rt router. I used to have a linksys router and it worked fine with google docs and open dns filtering.
I'm on Windows 10. I tried installing the Cisco umbrella root ca but that caused the same problem.

It doesn't look like that your problem is related to OpenDNS. Check at https://dashboard.opendns.com/stats/all/blockeddomains if you have domains blocked being needed for Google Docs and unblock them accordingly.

I decided to change my router to auto dns and then enter the open dns ip addresses again. once I did that, google docs worked fine. I have no idea why, but this worked.
