how do i unblock everything?

omg! a friend of mine had brought someone to block everything that is unsafe  for me and guess what! i cant go on youtube, sims websites or anything! i cant even go on game websites or purchase anything! how do i unblock every thing!

You ask this "friend" or the "someone" to unblock it again.  What else?

In case you have admin access to your computer and/or your router, you can do this yourself by following this instruction:

In case you have admin access to your computer only, you can try to use another DNS service, e.g. Google DNS.  However, this may be blocked on the router level again.
