How long does it take for OpenDNS to respond to a Support Request?

Normally within 72 hours on work days.  You may visit your request at https://support.opendns.com/requests again to see the status and to add an update to attract more attention.

Hmmm...I'm sitting at 10 days now and I added an update at the 6 day mark, still no response.  It's like I'm being ignored.
