How to block internet access through puffin browser

I try to restrict some adult contents with my network yet Puffin Browser seems to get through.

Is there any proxy IP address lists I can enter in to block the puffin browser access?

You reached the wrong forum for your question.  This question can only be answered by the creators of this app.

The only thing you can do here is to visit https://dashboard.opendns.com/stats/all/topdomains to possibly find domain names related to the proxy servers used by this browser if the app uses DNS at all, and then you can block those.
