I am attempting to deploy the software via PDQ Deploy, and so far of 51 PCs on the network only 5 have taken the installation. In looking at the logs (and trying multiple times) it's giving me the error:
MSI (s) (1C:58) [09:54:47:395]: Product: Umbrella Roaming Client -- Error 1316. The specified account already exists.
The final line being:
MSI (s) (1C:58) [09:54:49:083]: Windows Installer reconfigured the product. Product Name: Umbrella Roaming Client. Product Version: 2.0.189.0. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: OpenDNS. Reconfiguration success or error status: 1603.
I've tried using the OrgInfo.json as well as manually changing the information via command line to no avail. I'm really not sure why the MSI file won't install... has anybody else ran into this?
