This morning, my OpenDNS Updater gives me the error that my IP address is taken by another user. At the OpenDNS site, I am told to submit the information to OpenDNS, which I did. Whatever has been changed due to this address sharing issue has caused me to be unable to access important online information which I need today (isn't that the way it goes?).
1) Is there anything I can do while waiting to fix this?
2) In general how long does it take for requests to get answered? Same day? 48 hrs? One week?
When answering, please don't be snarky - I am a low tech person trying to do the best I can.

Unfortunately, there's not a lot to be done but wait until we find your ticket and resolve the IP address conflict. You might want to remove OpenDNS' DNS settings from your router to access the things you need to access, but you would also not be protected against malicious content. If you let me know the ticket number that was generated when you submitted your information, I can handle it right away. Otherwise, it will likely get resolved within 24 hours.

It has been handled thank you so much. Any other day time is as much of a factor as today (again, how it goes sometimes). Thanks again!!
