Hello everyone I'm new to this. I was wondering if anyone know how to force a windows 10 laptop to continue using the dns settings for opendns.
A lot of people who uses this laptop and it seems one of the always changes the dns setting to googles dns and has been watching porn. Also the ISP router is locked only they know the password for it so i can't config the dns settings in the router.
I mean isnt there someway to program the computer through its registry to always use opendns server settings no matter what?!!!!! Your help is most appreciated.

If someone can manually change DNS settings through the "normal" interface, they will certainly be capable of doing so by modifying the registry.
If you want to make sure that someone is not making unauthorized changes to the computer you need to make sure that they are not using an account with administrator permissions. Ideally all accounts would be set to "standard" or "normal" user, and you would be the only one with the password to an account with administrator permissions.
If you don't do that, then it doesn't matter what you do, anyone can change anything to whatever they want.

In addition to what mattwilson9090 explained, you can block or redirect port 53 (UDP and TCP) outgoing on your router if your router supports such firewall settings. This would cover the end user devices where you have no access to.
