You block those types of sites the same way you do with anything else that OpenDNS can block. Go to the homepage at www.opendns.com and then choose the appropriate option, which is more than likely the "Learn More" button under Personal. From there answer the questions or make choices and it will guide you through a basic setup and configuration for OpenDNS.
