I work for a school and I just set up the Open DNS and trying to add a network. I get a "Network already exists", which I assume a predecessor of mine set one up long ago. I tried two different support emails and both bounced back stating my email was blocked.
How can I get the network released from the old dead account?

On the umbrella support page, (https://support.umbrella.com/hc/en-us) there's a "submit a request" link in the top-right corner.
If you don't have another method of creating a ticket (direct/through your var/email/something), you can use the web form and submit a ticket this way, and explaining the situation and get assistance.

If anyone else finds this thread, this was the reply I got. Basically after Aug 1st 2025 I don't see any way to get "Network already exists" issues resolved.
