No longer working after switching to static IP and then back to dynamic IP

I had my ISP switch me to a static IP, and OpenDNS stopped working... my blocked websites are all now completely accessible

I then switched back to a dynamic IP, but it still doesnt work.

I visit the following page and it tells me that everything is set up correctly:
https://welcome.opendns.com/

I also tried checking on/off the 'Enable dynamic IP update' setting... nothing works.

How do I submit an error support?
