No Stats

Hi all,

I've had an account (and a few for other's home networks) that I fetch data on every week. All have been working fine.

All accounts are now showing zero stats. Last week some showed zero stats. The IP is updated using a script on the router, and I've confirmed that my IP is correct.

Stats are enabled.

What changed?

Same here. Yesterday when I logged in away from home my stats were fully populated. Today from home im seeing all zeros.

How does this thing work. Is there opendns support or is it only for the paying customers?

Same. If I got the “apply” button a zillion times I can get yesterday’s stats but only the first page. I created a ticket as well.

Suddenly no stats for me since earlier yesterday. What's going on?

Anyone got reply from support? Any experience how long does it usually take to get an answer? I'm quite new with opendns and don't know what to expect.
