I followed directions in 3 of the threads and was not successful in getting OpenDNS working again. Honestly, a few of the threads I could not even follow. I set up the DNS server addresses per instructions 2 weeks ago. It worked fine for 2 weeks and then stopped working.

Post a screen shot here of where you have configured the OpenDNS resolver addresses.
Also copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic command here:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.

Hi,
One of the reason that content filtering stops applying; is when your IP address changes but the IP address registered in your account doesn't get updated.
To remedy this, please install our Dynamic IP updater client to automatically keep your IP up to date from https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227987707.
If you have already installed the Client, Please note that the Updater client will update your account to the IP address of where the computer with the client installed is, and if this computer leaves the network it will also remove filtering from your home network until the computer with the updater client returns. For this reason, we recommend installing the client on device that does not leave your network and is always running.
