Open DNS on Android

  I am trying to install OpenDNS on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy J3 Eclipse). I am having difficulty figuring out how to make it work on my phone. I have followed these instructions (https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/228009007-Android-Configuration-instructions-for-OpenDNS), but I cannot get it to work. The save button is grayed out
