Hi,
I had setup Family Shield on my pc, but it's not working. When I go to https://www.opendns.com/welcome/, It says it's I still not using OpenDNS. But when I go to my iphone using my wifi it's working fine, but not im my pc. Attached here is the result of my ipconfig.
Hope you could help me fix this. Thank you!

It looks like your DNS queries are not sent to OpenDNS from your laptop, but from your iPhone.
Did you flush your caches, DNS resolver cache and browser cache, on the laptop? https://support.opendns.com/entries/26336865
Where did you configure the OpenDNS FamilyShield resolver addresses, on the router at 192.168.1.1 or on the devices?
You may want to post the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic command here:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.

it's in my router's DHCP Server.
I had run nslookup and here is the result.
Server: resolver1-fs.opendns.com
Address: 208.67.222.123
*** resolver1-fs.opendns.com can't find debug.opendns.com.: Non-existent domain
Also attached here is the screenshot of my router's configuration.
Thanks.

First you said: "I had setup Family Shield on my pc", then: "it's in my router's DHCP Server". So, in fact, you configured it on the router, not on the PC (but maybe from the PC).
"*** resolver1-fs.opendns.com can't find debug.opendns.com.: Non-existent domain"
Something is redirecting your DNS queries to another DNS service, different from OpenDNS.
Just by chance, do you run Avast Security Suite 2015 or something similar? If so, you must disable the Secure DNS option, else you'll be using Avast's DNS service, no matter what else you have configured and where.

Yes, I have Avast. And that's fixed my problem.
Thank you :)
