I have a deluxe package, my IP is updated and correct, and I have NX Domain Redirection DISABLED, yet I am still seeing the OpenDNS Guide when I type in an incorrect URL.
This has just started happening after years of use. What's going on?!

Disabling NXDOMAIN Redirection works for me. Did you enable it and disabled it again recently? Then flush your caches to get rid of this symptom.
Else it is best to open a support ticket.
