Hello guys, plese help me. When i click open dns check it show open dns working correctly. But it's not working. It's not blocking the sites i want's to.

NOTE: my network type is PPPoE. Another thing, idk why open dns ip change when i visit my dashboard.

I;ve configure everything correctly. But when i checked this "netsh interface ipv4 show config"

it shows that my  DNS servers configured through DHCP:

                                          208.67.222.222
                                          208.67.220.220
                                          8.8.8.8
                                          192.168.0.1

But i've configured only open dns in my router. There's showing another two. I don't know if this a problem or not. But help please :)

thanks

I would suggest that you create a support request so that this problem can be troubleshot completely.

If you are using a router the computer or other devices DNS addresses should be set to the IP address of the router (typically a ***192.x.x.x*** or ***10.x.x.x*** number) as the devices are accessing the Internet through the router.

As the router is what each device is using to access the Internet the routers DNS address should be set to ***208.67.222.222*** and ***208.67.220.220***. This will ensure that any device that accesses the Internet through the router will receive OpenDNS content filtering and protection.

Resolution : Check the configuration on your computer to ensure that different DNS server settings are not configured. On Windows, check your configuration using the Windows configuration instructions, but rather than enter the OpenDNS numbers, ensure that they are set to "Obtain DNS server address automatically".
