The most likely cause of filtering suddenly ceasing to apply is that your IP address has changed. Log into the Dashboard and compare what the IP address listed at the top of the screen is to your registered IP address.

Go to Security Profiles > Web Filter. In the Static URL Filter section, enable Web Content Filter. Select the filter you want to edit and then select Edit from the toolbar.
