OpenDNS Umbrella fails to start - Causing users to be unable to access Internet

We are having an issue where the Umbrella agent doesn't start or doesn't completely startup and is preventing users from getting to the Internet. We get about 50 calls per day. This started about 2 weeks ago. It usually happens after the computer is booting up but we have had clients call in when their computer was on during the day and then the Umbrella client just stops. Anyone else having this issue? We opened a ticket and sent logs to OpenDNS support but they haven't come up with a resolution.

This forum is for the OpenDNS home version users.  I'm afraid you'll hardly find someone being able to help unless staff stumble over this thread by chance.
