I am at present to use OpenDNS and Pfsense to make of the Web filtering in a company

I shall like knowing if we are obliged to outsource AD to be able of making of the filtering by IP, because at the moment the filtering and the set of the users who come sends public but I shall like be able to make a filtering more refined by ip private stati

As a business you are not licensed to use OpenDNS which is for home use exclusively.  And OpenDNS does not support Active Directory integration, as you have seen.

Instead you can subscribe to Umbrella: 
https://umbrella.cisco.com/products/packages/

And yes, the Insights and Platform packages do come with Active Directory integration, so that you can monitor and control the DNS traffic from internal users and devices, exactly as you want.
