Security setup but not working

I setup OpenDNS about 6 months ago and it was working pretty well.  Recently I lost my 2.4 GHz wireless connection and LinkSys had to help me get it back by hard resetting the router and manually installing the firmware and now OpenDNS is not blocking anything as far as I can tell.  I checked my IP address and it is one of my networks and I checked the security settings.  Any suggetsions?

After you reset your router, you must configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses again, of course, so that your DNS traffic goes to OpenDNS.  This is always the first and most important step, else your dashboard settings are pretty irrelevant.

As you have a Linksys router, you must fill all three DNS server fields with OpenDNS resolver addresses:
208.67.222.222  208.67.220.220  208.67.222.220  208.67.220.222

In case you have IPv6 connectivity, you must also configure the IPv6 equivalent addresses in your IPv6 settings:
::ffff:d043:dede  ::ffff:d043:dcdc  ::ffff:d043:dedc  ::ffff:d043:dcde
