Hi,
for whatever reason the web filtering does not show up as available option in my dashboard.
I have read that contacting support should be good enough to get the account type changed to the right one.
It is now 4 days and it is still as "This request is awaiting assignment to a support agent"
- does anybody know another way to fix that kind of error?
- does anybody know how long support usually take to deal with a request ?

You create another account, this time of the right type: OpenDNS Home
https://www.opendns.com/home-internet-security/
And change your ticket to get the old account deleted.

Less than 72 hours during business days.

Thanks for getting in touch, apologies for the delay you've seen in response to your support ticket. It looks like you may not have chosen Household in the dropdown during your original signup. I've changed your account over to our Home Basic package so you can access content filtering functionality now.
