Why 2tube8.com and girlsfromthefarm.com are NEVER blocked by OpenDNS site and OpenDNS Updater 2.2.1, although BOTH sites are included too a very long time a go in my custom settings (full with a lot of web restrictions at "Always block" section), I'm sure that I allways use OpenDNS site and OpenDNS Updater 2.2.1, I'm sure that I allways flush BOTH local resolver cache and browser cache and I'm sure that I allways use Family Shield settings in my web connection ?!?!
Many of this kind of sites that I tested till now (allways using Family Shield settings, OpenDNS site and OpenDNS 2.2.1) are allways succesfully blocked, but unfortunately 2tube8.com and girlsfromthefarm.com allways remain unblocked !!!
Here anyone can clearly see all my proofs allready attached in my very recent request too:

"Why 2tube8.com and girlsfromthefarm.com are NEVER blocked by OpenDNS site and OpenDNS Updater 2.2.1"
Because, as the screen shots cleary show, these sites are "not yet decided in any categories", and the Updater does not block anything, but only keeps your IP address information updated at OpenDNS.
You want to add 2tube8.com and girlsfromthefarm.com to your "always block" list then.
If you added them already to your blacklist, post the complete plain text output of the following commands here, so that I can see what the reason may be:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup 2tube8.com.
nslookup girlsfromthefarm.com.

I have reviewed and categorized those domains personally.

As anyone can see from my attached screen shot named "cmd, output of the nslookup commands ......jpg", in the 4th and in the 5th tab of my browser I.E. 11, 2tube8.com and girlsfromthefarm.com sites are allways unrestricted !!!
As anyone can see from my attached screen shot named "Web Content Filtering ......jpg", I choosed a long time a go and I allways use the best settings I can fiind (in OpenDNS site) for Web Content Filtering and for Family Shield.
As you asked, in my attached screen-shot named "cmd, output of the nslookup commands ......jpg" and pasted below are my output results of the nslookup commands for sites 2tube8.com and girlsfromthefarm.com from cmd command (as administrator):

I'm very curious if anyone (includind you) has the same disappointing results with these sites...

It does take a few minutes for changes to propagate across our network. I've confirmed that these domains are indeed listed and should be blocked on any network or device that is blocking the Pornography category.

Just now I found out what caused the problem and why only now this problem is solved:
As anyone can see from my first screen shots attached this afternoon "2tube8.com is NEVER blocked by OpenDNS site and software 01.jpg" (https://support.opendns.com/legacyfs/online/attachments/jeF5iYSlGMzQ0sJfbWWtwwgiw/2tube8.com+is+NEVER+blocked+by+OpenDNS+site+and+software+01.jpg) and "girlsfromthefarm.com is NEVER blocked by OpenDNS site and software 01.jpg" (https://support.opendns.com/legacyfs/online/attachments/yMeHqQ2FGFzftnqg2xGuTVB5G/girlsfromthefarm.com+is+NEVER+blocked+by+OpenDNS+site+and+software+01.jpg), although 2tube8.com was added on 2014-04-16 (!!!) by user "o2085969" and girlsfromthefarm.com was added on 2014-05-04 by user "necunoscut" (that's me) for tagging and approval, both these sites were - till today - in the stage of "awaiting votes" and (especially !!!) "awaiting approval", but only now (!!!) both these sites have received approval (for nudity and pornography tags) by user "Brian Hartvigsen" (from OpenDNS)...
Thank you sincerely and very much for all your help and all your feedback !
I hope that this problem is solved permanently !

Understand, while the two sites mentioned are now properly identified and subject to users' filter settings, there are very likely other sites that were similarly awaiting votes.
That's the nature of the system.

As you seem to use also dashboard settings, these are clearly not in effect, because your IP address 82.137.11.62 is not registered with your OpenDNS dashboard network.
https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
Register it now, and run an Updater further on, so that it keeps registered, so that your settings from https://support.opendns.com/legacyfs/online/attachments/wwmqhBdiAjWDy6LHDoQfmudip/Web+Content+Filtering%2C+my+custom+settings+choosed+a+long+time+a+go+and+allways+used.jpg actually take effect. When you posted the nslookup command, this wasn't the case.

And does using Family Shield settings yet work OK when treating the rest of the setup like a normal OpenDNS with filtering account? (I.e., it acts like a normal OpenDNS account unless the IP is out of sync, whereby it fails over to FS settings only?) Because I wouldn't mix these and assume they work this way, even if they do in fact.

FamilyShield addresses with dashboard settings work like this: FamilyShield content filtering (adult sites and proxies) has always priority over dashboard settings, but beside this, the other dashboard settings do take effect (if the IP address information is kept updated). This scenario can be indeed viable.
