We have issue where our our DNS resolving   www.onenote.com to 52.109.28.0  where as if we go to google and resolve there it resolve to 52.109.88.2.

Result if we put  52.109.88.2 for www.onenote.com in host file,   www.onenote.com is working and if we remove the entry from host file then  www.onenote.com not working considering  DNS  not resolving to 52.109.88.2 rather resolving  to 52.109.28.0

The alias www.onenote.com has several real (CDN) names and IP addresses assigned, depending on the geographical location.   Check it at https://cachecheck.opendns.com/
Btw, I have tested this with a few DNS services from here (Central Europe) and all of them return the same information regarding the real name and IP address.  So the issue must be specific to your location.

If there's a wrong IP address, then the authoritative DNS service must sort this out, not a recursive DNS service like OpenDNS which just collects and responds with the information.

If you are still concerned about OpenDNS, you raise a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above.  We other users cannot help you with this.

Hello Team,

could you please explain why google resolving to correct address from the same location, also if we put the entry as google resolved 52.109.88.2 in the host file it worked.

so question is why google resolving to different IP 52.109.88.2 than yours  52.109.28.0 from the same PC. for the same site www.onenote.com

Yes, and I told you what you must do to talk to staff.  You mainly talk to other users here in this public community forum.  We other users really cannot help you, else you could help yourself too, as a user.
