One of my Partners was told by Cisco that an enhancement was made to SVO (Service Order RMA Tool) in 2014 to allow for a replacement/spare serial number field to be filled in to enable partners to do 3-way swaps. It seems the process does not work as intended. Can anyone advise on this enhancement to SVO (Service Order RMA Tool) or provide documentation on the actual process for 3 way RMA swaps?
