crpartners.cloudapps.cisco.com - Forbidden - RBAC: access denied

Hi, a number of users in my company are saying that they can no longer access this site below

https://crpartners.cloudapps.cisco.com/#/analysis/installedBase/tav

They are getting a 403 response as below. Seems to be coming from the Cisco site as I cant connect to it from outside my network either. HAs anyone any idea why this is the case or how I might go about getting it fixed??

Hey @macloughs, I hope it is not too late, but I just had this issue. By the way, I use Google Chrome as my browser, so earlier today, I had the same screen in the CCW. I deleted cookies from the browser, which I think was the solution to this problem.
