Does anyone know why my logon to Cisco Service Contract Center keeps getting disabled? Everytime I need to go out and look something up I can't get logged in and have to open a case. It's very frustrating!!! In fact, I can't log in right now and I'm getting an error trying to open a case about it. It's like they don't want me to look up information on our equipment because it's becoming increasingly difficult. Sure would like to understand how to fix the issue for good. Help!
