Promotions Tab; Interaction Specialist Question for AM's

This Question is poorly worded, and I struggle with how to answer it properly.

Interaction Specialist:

If you are asking if I have performed the task of checking, the answer is Yes.

When there IS a preexisting active OIP for the opportunity, how should I answer this question given the fact that I have checked for it's existence?

Hi,

Kindly clarify the issue regarding the promotion that you are trying to raise with us so that we can give an effective resolution for this.

Promotions on a deal created are based on the promotions you are qualified.  In the start of choosing a promotion, there in the promotions tab are the list of promotions and their description to specify what would cater your need for that deal.

Just in case it is giving you a hard time to choose, you may seek advise from the Account Manager and Channel Account Manager of your company to give you better options.
