The link to the SNIF report is removed, where can I find the new updated link to extract the SNIF report?

SNIF Reports no longer exist.  You can search multiple serial numbers from CCWR otherwise, you will need to open a support case with Cisco to get a Cisco ready report.

Hi Zach,

Thank you for your kind support. I have been searching and found  the following:

- prepare a list with serial-numbers only, no heading

- click on https://ccrc.cisco.com/

-copy and paste serial numbers into the PAK/Serial Number dialog box:   not the column with serial numbers, only the serial numbers

- click enter, select all, on all pages

- select export

and then you will have the SNIF report and more. brilliant :-)

What is the purpose of a SNIF report? I understand that this report is no longer generated, but still curious what it's originla purpose was.

Sometimes I receive a list with partnumbers and or serial numbers from our customer to quote renewal support.
The validation of the serial-number is very valuable to be sure of the exact part SKU
