Dear Team,
We are fairly a new partner to the CSPP program and i though to share some concerns over here, i know as part of the program rules there are instances where the rebates are tied in with your skillset and sparing capacity.
1. Why do the partner get rebate hits for a Hardware fault RMA ? if the Hardware has failed what can be done by the partner ? Even if the partner spares the equipment what should be done with the faulty hardware anyway ?
2. If partner identifies a Bug on the software, how can they do bug reporting without affecting the matrix ?
