We've got a SONET ring using CTC 9.2.1. We recently lost our old admin machine running XP in favor of a Win7 box. We reinstalled the CTC software, and now it fails to load completely. After downloading the shelf cache at 100%, we keep getting an "EOF reading band" message. Already uninstalled and reinstalled, and the same thing happens if we use a browser as well. Any ideas?
