Dear Sirs!
My customer is using a pair of NCS2K6. There is no alarm on CTC but the Minor led is lighted on TNCS. If there are any alarm appeared then disappeared on the NCS, LEDs don't turn off when alarms disappear. I don't know how to clear that alarm LEDs on the TNCS except soft reseting TNCS card. When soft resetting, all LEDs are turned off except the Minor LED.
Please guide me to clear alarm LEDs or my boss will kill me.
