Could anyone tell me what is the correct power supply voltage and maximum current consumption of the Cisco 1000BASE-LX SFP module # 30-1299-01? Thanks.

SFPs are covered under a Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), which details this information. I don't know if the linked document is the final or latest agreement. Theoretically, all the MSA compliant SFPs should operate in all equipment, but some SFPs may not be supported by the data equipment manufacturer due to other reasons (EMI, heat profile, profit, etc).
The MSA spec indicates 3.3v (+/- 5%) with 300mA max supply current. It is possible that Cisco may have tigher operating tolerances, because they will only support Cisco certified optical modules in their equipment.
