Is it possible without loss of traffic to upgrade a VC4-4c configured circuit to a VC4-8c circuit?

This upgrade a VC4-4c configured circuit to a VC4-8c circuit could be done without impacting the other POS interface and therefore with only minimal loss of traffic (< 60 ms).
