i need to know what is the defiance between QSFP-40G-SR-BD 40G-Base  and  40G-SR-BD QSFP+

same model with +, since we have ordered 40G-SR-BD  without +

100 metres with OM3; 

150 metres with OM4

The transceiver is different. Look at your switch to see whether you have
SFP or SFP+. You can google SFP and SFP+ to see how they look.
