Good afternoon Team. I am looking for a little help and clarification. I have an ASR-A901-6CZ-F-A with GLC-LH-SM SFP for my WAN port. The LEC has handed off my circuit with a Singlemode 1310nm ER/LR - 20km/LC(10GIG) SFP. My question is, if I swap out my SFP's with a SFP+ module to match the LEC, and put the SFP in the 10GIG interface on the ASR, can I bring up the port without purchasing the 10G license? Or will my WAN port stay down until I upload a 10G license? This is only a 30M circuit so I would hate to pay for a license to accommodate a 10G hand-off. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
