Asking about Acceptance Test Plan

I need information about Acceptance Test Plan for a product backbone. In that product exists some ports for some services, those are Gigabit Ethernet ports, E1 ports, OC-3 ports,10/100 BT port.

I still don't understand about parameter in those ports. What parameters

should be measured in ATP prosedure.
