B2B Spine Multi-POD Links Not Working with 400Gb SMF

Dear All,

We have N9K-C9332D-GX2B with version 15.3(4e) and we have SFP QDD-400G-DR4-S connected between the SPINE SWITCHES. (Design is B2B spine Multi-POD without IPN link)

But strangely the B2B is not coming up the 400 GB SMF.. (100Gig MMF it works)

Can anyone guide us on what could be the issue

Do you have multimode for single-mode fiber between the transceivers?
