C9200 Uplink port status not connect

Good Day, 

I've recently upgraded some of the switches to C9200-24T-4X-E, this switch is connected to another layer 2 C2960S via the uplink port as a trunk. so it was running fine for two months and suddenly last two days the uplink port shows on both sides as not connect. 

the configuration of the uplink is 1000 speed and full duplex. the firmware of 9200 is 17.10 or 17.11

I've replaced SFP and tried to shutdown and no shutdown both ports.. nothing worked.

@Battaralg hi do you have console logs when you try SFP plug and unplug? also please share the interface config and #sh interface output for relevant port. then use your mobile camera and check if you can see the laser light originating from the SFP after connected to the switch.
