C9410R chassis with C9400-LC-24XY line cards

Hello,

In a C9410R chassis, we are planning to buy 2x C9400-LC-24XY line cards.

I can see in the specs that there are 20 X 25Gbps ports + 4 X 10Gbps ports.

It's not clear, does that means all ports can do the both speed (with SFP25 transceivers for 25Gbps and SFP+ transceivers for 10Gbps) but we are limited by 20 ports for 25Gbps ? Or we have only 4 SFP+ ports available among all the ports ?

Requires C9400X-SUP-2/2XL.

The first four ports of the line card have a red/orange "bar".  This means the line card can only support SFP+.
