Cisco Connectors for Fiber

Hi There

I have procured Connectors (GLC-SX-MMD 10-2626-01) to be used on Cisco switches (IE-3000-8TC). I would like to find out if these connectors can be used for both single core and multi core fibers.

GLC-SX-MMD can only be used on multi-mode.
For single-mode fibre, use GLC-LH-SMD.
